Walt Disney World is open all year round, so you can plan your trip at any time. The best time depends on what you prioritize: shorter lines, better weather, or special seasons.
If you are looking for the best balance between shorter lines and nice weather, the weeks that usually work out best are from mid- January to early February (avoiding Martin Luther King Jr. weekend) and late April to early May (outside of Spring Break peaks). If your priority is saving money and you don't mind the heat, August and September tend to be the cheapest months and often have smaller crowds after the "back to school" rush. If you want seasonal vibes without the Christmas peak, early November and early December (before the heavy holiday stretch) usually work well.
